About the Company
Hi, I’m Deborah, the CEO and founder. As a former marketing executive, I understand what a challenge it is to keep up with the day-to-day fire drills and also tackle the strategic work that truly moves the needle. So I created Precita Marketing Co. to help. We offer highly customized brand consulting, advising and fractional marketing leadership services to help business leaders do it all, and do it well.
We offer two types of services: discrete, strategic special projects and ongoing leadership support.
The majority of our work is in the following disciplines. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out and we’d be happy to discuss!
Whether you are developing a new brand or have an established brand that needs a refresh. Our work includes everything from consumer insights to creative development.
We work closely with product teams at every stage on messaging, architecture, go to market launches and removing friction throughout the funnel.
Let us help you get the most out of your agencies and creative teams through strategic briefing, campaign planning and realistic goal-setting.
Corporate & Employee
A strong brand starts within. Internal marketing, employee recruiting and retention, culture building and corporate communications are often neglected by marketing teams, yet they are some of our favorite projects.
Get the value of a CMO without the expense. Let us help you with your long-term planning, goal setting, hiring, team structuring and more. This also includes temporary leadership during sabbaticals and family leaves.
Our work together doesn’t have to end when our strategy is delivered. Our personalized support packages can include team trainings, milestone check-ins and weekly “marketing therapy” sessions.
